Insulation Materials Linear Structure
Insulation material is electrical insulation material. According to the national standard GB/T 2900.5-2002, the definition of insulating materials is "material used to insulate the device". It's the material that stops the current from passing.
Its resistivity is very high, generally in 10 ^ 9 ~ 10 ^ 22 Ω m. range. In the motor, the insulation material around the conductor isolates between turns and isolates from the grounded stator core to ensure the safety of the motor.
Chemical erosion resistance, gloss, part of transparent or translucent, mostly good insulation, light weight and strong, easy processing can be mass production, the price is cheap, wide range of USES, utility, easy coloring, part of high temperature resistant, storage of goods can have the effect of moisture-proof plastic also divided into domestic plastics and engineering plastics, mainly USES the generalized defined, such as PE, PP cheap, available in a variety of different types of machines for production. Engineering plastic is more expensive, but the material stability and physical properties are much better. In general, it has both rigidity and toughness.
PVC transparent plastic sheet: introduce advanced technology from abroad, and choose a high strength, high transparent plastic plate produced by advanced imported raw materials.
Most plastic light, chemical stability, not rust;
Good impact resistance;
Good transparency and abrasion resistance;
Good insulation and low thermal conductivity;
It is generally good in shaping, coloring and low processing cost.
Most plastics have poor heat resistance, high thermal expansion rate and easy combustion.
Poor size stability, easy deformation;
Most plastics have low temperature and low temperature.
It is easy to age;
Some plastics are soluble in solvents.
Plastic can be divided into two types: thermosetting and thermal plasticity. The former cannot be reshaped and used, and the latter can be repeatedly produced. There are two basic types of plastic polymer structure: the first is the linear structure, and the polymer compounds with this structure are called linear polymer compounds. The second is body structure, which is known as a type of polymer. Some of the polymers have branched chains, known as branched polymer, which belong to the linear structure. Some polymers, although they have crosslinks between molecules, are less crosslinked, called reticular structures, and belong to body structure. Two different structures show two opposite properties.
The linear structure (including branched chain structure) is characterized by its elasticity, plasticity, and the ability to dissolve in solvents, and its hardness and brittleness are small. Because there are no independent large molecules, there is no elasticity and plasticity, so it can't dissolve and melt. It can only be swelling, hardness and brittleness. Plastic is a polymer of two kinds of structure, made of linear polymer is thermoplastic plastic, which is made of polymer and thermoset plastic.
