Brief analysis of the types of special-shaped brick
Refractory shaped bricks as a commonly used, many types of special-shaped brick, can be classified by their textures and fireclay and high-alumina refractory shaped bricks, silica shaped refractory magnesia and magnesium and aluminum shaped refractory bricks.
1, special fireclay and high-alumina refractory brick
Where a proportion of the overall dimensions of the 1:6, with not more than 2 concave corners (including arc-shaped, concave angle), or acute angles with the 50o~70o, or with not more than 4 grooves (in total) weight 2~15Kg of clay bricks and weights for 2~18Kg of high alumina refractory bricks, named fireclay and high-alumina refractory shaped bricks.
2, special silica bricks
Where a proportion of the overall dimensions of the 1:5 range, with not more than 1 a concave angle, or acute angles with the 50o~75o, or with not more than 2 channels (in total) weight 2~12Kg of siliceous refractory bricks, named silica shaped refractory bricks.
Magnesia and magnesium Aluminum shaped refractory products
All others not included in the general definition of refractory bricks of magnesium magnesium and aluminum products were named as magnesia and magnesium Aluminum shaped refractory bricks.
